How do you choose the finish?
Pre-galvanised steel uses zinc-coated sheet before fabrication. Hot-dip galvanising after fabrication protects the completed assembly to the agreed specification. Powder coating adds a specified organic coating; its pretreatment and exposure suitability matter. Stainless steel requires a grade suited to the environment. Coating thickness, cut edges, bonding and corrosion requirements must be agreed for the project.

Compare cable type and weight, ventilation needs, support spacing, access for maintenance, route geometry, segregation and the installation environment. Perforated trays provide a ventilated base, ladder trays use an open-rung layout, and raceways provide enclosed routing. Submit the drawing or application brief for review. Raceway inputs include internal partitions, cover arrangement and cable-entry positions. Panel-box inputs include material, dimensions, doors, hinges, locks, gaskets and finish. Feasibility, tolerances and any protection or testing requirements are confirmed for the exact configuration.
